Who we are
Amber & Flint Ltd is an interior design studio, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17503227). Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.

What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the details you share about your project.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Emails: anything you send us directly.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project.
- To send our newsletter, only if you have signed up or ticked the box on our enquiry form. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- We never sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our legal basis is your consent for the newsletter, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run this website and our business. They only process your information on our behalf:
- Netlify – website hosting and enquiry forms
- MailerLite – newsletter
- Microsoft 365 – email
Some of these services may store data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
If you only send an enquiry, we keep your details for up to two years, unless we go on to work together, when we keep project records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time. Just email hello@amberflint.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
